Team Training That Connects Skill, Decisions, and Standards
Team sessions are built with the head coach, not around them. The aim is a group that shares language, holds the same standards, and can execute the concepts the coach already teaches when the game speeds up. Team sessions can connect individual shooting preparation with spacing, decision-making and the shots an offense is designed to create.

How development is approached
The approach
Every team block is customized. We do not arrive with a system to install; we sharpen what the team is already trying to do and develop the individuals inside it. Hard Earned Hoops is an independent provider and does not claim a partnership with any school or program.
Purpose before volume
Every rep has a reason, every progression is earned, and every plan changes as the athlete develops.
Locations & availability
Where this happens
Team sessions can be held in the gym spaces we use in Everett and Mukilteo, subject to schedule and availability, or at your team's own gym where your program has access. Details are confirmed with the coach after inquiry.
Hard Earned Hoops does not own a training facility. It partners with the Everett Boys & Girls Club only; other facilities and service areas do not imply a partnership.
Questions
Common questions
- Can you run a single session rather than a block?
- Yes. Some teams start with one session before deciding on a longer block. We will be honest about what is realistic to change in one visit.
- Do you coach games?
- No. Team training supports your coaching staff; we do not take over game-day coaching.
